Home Care Services
Your home is the best and most comfortable place to be. We’re here to support you for the long term and enable you to live independently with the care you need.
Live-in Care
Where round-the-clock care is required, we provide the staff to help you with your independence, day and night.
Clinical & Complex Needs
Our care is available for complex needs such as spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, ventilator and tracheostomy, multiple sclerosis and more. Please contact us to prepare a bespoke care package for your needs.
Overnight Care
We provide care at night for those who need it and the reassurance of having someone close to hand throughout the evening and early morning.
Sitting Service
As a carer, you may need a break for days out, appointments, or some self-care. We can provide a sitting service for the break you need.
Companionship
It’s important to have an active and connected life. Our Companion Service enables outings, hobbies, events, and quality time to help you lead the life you want to lead.

Our team of nurse leads, all with a clinical background in complex care, supports our team of carers to improve customer health outcomes and enhance overall quality of life for individuals living with complex care conditions. This enables and supports people to remain living comfortably in their own homes.

OUR TEAM
Management
Vicki is the Registered Manager at NFC Health and Social Care and has dedicated her career to supporting people to live independently while receiving the highest standard of care. With a genuine passion for helping others, Vicki is committed to ensuring every person supported by NFC receives compassionate, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
As a hands-on manager, Vicki remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of the service and works closely with clients, families, staff teams, healthcare professionals, and local authorities. She believes that building strong relationships and maintaining high standards are key to delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for the people NFC supports.
Vicki is passionate about creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff, recognising that great care starts with a dedicated and valued team. She takes pride in leading by example and fostering a culture of kindness, respect, dignity, and continuous improvement throughout the service.
Through her leadership, Vicki strives to ensure NFC Health and Social Care continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people it supports every day.

Kathryn Feeley
Kathryn has 20 years of experience in the adult social care sector. Kathryn also has a number of years of experience at care quality monitoring office within a local authority, working closely with the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Lynsay Francis
Prior to working with NFC, since 1997 Lynsay gained experience a registered manager for a large domiciliary care provider and as a regional manager. Lynsay has excellent leadership skills and an excellent reputation within the care sector for high standards of quality care. Lynsay has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.
