Home Care Services

Your home is the best and most comfortable place to be. We’re here to support you for the long term and enable you to live independently with the care you need.

Live-in Care

Where round-the-clock care is required, we provide the staff to help you with your independence, day and night.

Clinical & Complex Needs

Our care is available for complex needs such as spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, ventilator and tracheostomy, multiple sclerosis and more. Please contact us to prepare a bespoke care package for your needs.

Overnight Care

We provide care at night for those who need it and the reassurance of having someone close to hand throughout the evening and early morning.

Sitting Service

As a carer, you may need a break for days out, appointments, or some self-care. We can provide a sitting service for the break you need.

Companionship

It’s important to have an active and connected life. Our Companion Service enables outings, hobbies, events, and quality time to help you lead the life you want to lead.

Nurse Led Care

Managed by experienced carers with a background in nursing, social work and home care, Kathryn Feeley, Kevin Feeley and Lynsay Francis, provide our care team with a robust induction, training and regular assessments in order to ensure we provide the very best quality of support to all our clients.

OUR TEAM

Management

Our leadership team’s commitment to care, with over sixty years of care experience between them, along with ongoing professional development, ensures that our clients experience the support and reassurance needed to make the most of their home situation. We will work with you and your family to plan your care needs in full and help keep you as independent and safe as possible.

We have a nurse consultant and a clinical lead with over 20 years experience working within the Local CHC and alongside Local authorities in developing strategies to improve standards. The nurse consultant is an experienced and registered trainer who provides bespoke customer specific training to meet our customers needs. Their wealth of experience can help to provide you with the support and assistance required to meet your needs.

Kathryn Feeley

Registered Manager

Kathryn has 20 years of experience in the adult social care sector. Kathryn also has a number of years of experience at care quality monitoring office within a local authority, working closely with the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Lynsay Francis

Registered Manager

Prior to working with NFC, since 1997 Lynsay gained experience a registered manager for a large domiciliary care provider and as a regional manager. Lynsay has excellent leadership skills and an excellent reputation within the care sector for high standards of quality care. Lynsay has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.
