Required

  • Hold a full driving licence with access to a car
  • Understand Health & Safety requirements
  • Uphold NFC’s policies and care values
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience as a carer

Duties

  • Perform various duties, responsible for scheduling customers and ensuring times are adhered to and the highest quality of care is provided
  • Planning new customer and carer schedules
  • Supervision of carers
  • Provide timely responses to customer requests
  • Contribute to monthly on-call, one weekend per month and one evening per week.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure individuals’ care needs are met and maintained.
